1.1 Scope of Services

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are discovered, all accounts will be permanently closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

crikix offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳6,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, for a total of ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before withdrawing it. Example: a ৳2,000 bonus requires a total of ৳50,000 in wagers.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The minimum deposit to claim a bonus is ৳500.
• Each account may receive the welcome bonus only once.

The crikix VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each level — ranging from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.0% weekly cashback at Diamond level. Level upgrades are based on play volume and activity.

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once placed on crikix, all bets are final and cannot be changed or cancelled. Requests to cancel bets placed unintentionally due to a technical error must be submitted through support.

6.2 Odds and Results

• Odds displayed on crikix may change at any time.
• The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final.
• If an event is cancelled or results in a draw, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over a result, the official result from the relevant authority will be considered final.

6.3 Live Betting

crikix is not responsible for any issues caused by internet disconnection or delays during live betting. Live odds change at any moment and users place bets at their own risk.

6.4 Suspicious Activity

If any betting pattern appears unusual, manipulative, or in violation of the rules, crikix reserves the right to void the relevant bets and withhold payment of winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crikix platform:

• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account on behalf of a prohibited person.

7.2 Financial Manipulation

• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

• Bonus abuse or arbitrage betting.
• Intentional deposits followed by withdrawals with the intent to initiate a chargeback.

7.3 Technical Violations

• Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools.

8.2 Account Closure by the User
